We must create a capital that will give each community (district) of Kyiv the opportunity to realize all its economic and infrastructural capabilities. It is about adopting a new approach to the economic development of the capital. This strategy is aimed to create a more equitable, inclusive city with an economy that works for all Kyiv citizens and investors. For centuries, our city was a European center for trade and commerce. The city was one of the centers of international trade with Byzantium, Scandinavia, Western Europe, the Muslim world. History confirms that today Kyiv should become not only the centerpiece of the European economy, but also the best place for business, start and develop a new company. Our entrepreneurial spirit, inexhaustible potential, dynamism and openness give us a decisive advantage (benefit) over international competitors. MUNICIPAL STRATEGY OF KYIV should determine how we can achieve and promote economic growth, which is due to the welfare of the citizens of Kyiv.
