Level of education and experience of members: About 85% of Elite of the State’s members have higher education in the field of public administration, including about 30%, who have a Ph.D. 5% of the members have the state awards and honorary titles. Regional offices: We have branch offices in most regions within Ukraine. Participation in the public council’s work: Work experience (on the rights of membership) in 25 public councils with the central and local government bodies, local self-government bodies (including executive positions) Financing: Activities are conducted on the basis of charitable contributions; its members work on a voluntary basis.
