Torchyn AgroPark is an innovation incubator facilitating implementation of edge new agro-technologies and market demand growth in the region. Activities started in the framework of the EU InnoFinance Project in Ukraine in 2010-2011. Torchyn AgroPark will run two separate incubation facilities for agro start-ups and SMEs: HOTDESK – located in Lutsk, Volyn oblast of Ukraine on the boarder with Poland, 200 sq.m. of office area. We are providing incubation services for up to 12 tenants, virtual incubation and consulting. AGRO CITY is a current project, for which we are looking partners. It will be located in the industrial zone of Torchyn town, Lutsk region, Ukraine, on the one of the main economic roadway between Poland and Ukraine. The territory occupies 20 hectares, 7000 sq.m. of which will be dedicated for the industrial facilities complex. The key services of the Agro City constitute logistic support, quick access to industrial facilities, agro production consulting. The target industries are producers, processing companies, trade and logistic companies. Start-up capital is 800 000 EUR for pre-investment phase and 70 000 000 EUR direct investments. Breakeven point is 72 months. We are also looking for partners in the field of expertise, training programmes, participation in TA projects, investment projects.
