The manufacturing of electrical insulating materials, composites and copper busbars is located in Shostka Sumy region (since 1997, 80 employees, volume of production - 420 tons per year). The product range consists of more than 40 positions, including impregnating compounds, mica tapes for Resin Rich technology and mica tapes for VPI technology, composite materials, micanites, prepregs, heat- and light-resistant materials, copper busbars and wires. The manufacturing of glass fiber and technical textiles is located in Merefa Kharkiv region (since 2002, 320 employees, volume of production - 1200 tons per year). The process of fiberglass production is operated through the whole manufacturing process: from generation of glass yarns up to the release of final products, such as insulating glass tape, polyester tape, banding tapes, insulating, construction, filtration glass fabrics, insulating cords, commutator insulating plates. Our biggest scope of interest includes the development and introduction of modern insulating materials, insulation systems and their exploitation, the development of scientific and technical documentation. The above mentioned companies operate within the industrial cooperation that guarantees excellent performance of orders and ensure high products quality. Our regular partners are: SE “Antonov”, SE “Electrotyazhmash”, JSC “Smila Electromechanical Plant”, other enterprises on rolling stock repair of SE “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
